With that in mind I still think that a good 75% of the whole is a good representation of the layer of bad ideas covering good ones, thankfully a fraction of that 25% rises to the top (one way or another).
And MOST importantly. I am not talking about your uncle Bob, the cameraman for the local news or your cousin that just graduated from full sail, hes got the potential to be recruited by the Illuminati, but they usually only recruit individuals from certain blood lines in the Biz, I think thats were the term "Its not what you know its who you know" comes from.
